| Joseph Ejercito Estrada " .These are photos of the 3 of the most CORRUPT Presidents in the history of Philippine Administration. Despite of the numerous laws and measures against GRAFT AND CORRUPTION, Why do you think these people whom we entrusted all public resources still obviously committed the crime?? Do they exercise the proper norms and conduct of a public officials and employees?Did they serve the public with utmost commitment to public interest or for their personal interest?did they perform their duties with the highest degree of professionalism?Are they just and sincere in public servants?Are they politically neutral?did they commit themselves in a democratic way of life?Did they live with modest lives? ....as to my own punto de vista(point of view) based on to what I observed and read in books and news papers and as a Filipino citizen, most of the questions on proper ethics and conduct of an officials, these three presidents are not exercising and applying these concept. They cannot even live in a modest lives.. what they did is that they used their power to get money from gov't. funds to become richer. BELOW is the RA 6713 passed by the Philippine Congress. This law is supposed to prevent public officials from committing GRAFT AND CORRUPTION but still history repeats itself. Philippines is getting worse in its political aspects. |
